Kim Riley is the Founder of The Transition Academy. Founded in 2019 as a solution to the confusing and poorly-designed postsecondary preparation process for students with disabilities - a problem affecting her family and others like hers. She is committed to collaborating with multiple stakeholders across sectors to build a sustainable system that ensures all students, regardless of race/ethnicity and ability, are equipped to become contributing members of society.
