Ayodele Harrison

Ayodele Harrison is a trained engineer turned international math educator, facilitator of equity-centered learning experiences, and educational consultant. Ayodele has over 20 years teaching and leading in public, private and international schools. Currently, Ayodele works with schools, nonprofits, government agencies and businesses to remedy and reverse the educational inequities students, parents, caregivers, teachers, staff and community members experience every day. Ayodele partners and collaborates with organizations to; implement racial equity-centered practices necessary for coalescing a group into a team, transform school and organizational culture, and develop and implement strategic plans for retaining Black men in education.
