No. As of now, the Kauffman Conference Center does not require proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test from Amplify participants this year. Click here to download Kauffman Conference Center COVID Protocols.
If you have an in-person ticket and can no longer attend, we ask that you notify kyle Barrios at Kyle@idea2form.com so we can open up that in-person slot to someone on the waitlist. You can also request a refund for the in-person ticket and purchase/register for our virtual event. Refunds take 7-10 business days.
The virtual and in-person conferences will both feature most keynotes. Breakout sessions will be unique for each virtual and in-person event. We have created a streamlined agenda for the virtual event for ease of participation.
If you purchased a virtual ticket and would like to exchange it for an in-person one closer to the event, you will have to ask for a refund and buy the in-person ticket separately. Please note, tickets for the in-person conference are limited and likely to sell out quickly. Refunds take 7-10 business days.
Yes, talks from this event will be published on our YouTube channel and website following the event, some videos will be kept exclusive to attendees who purchased a ticket for the first 3 months.
We value all educators, and while we appreciate your loyalty, we cannot have favorites because all formats and experiences will be epic.
Due to the many challenges that educators of color faced this year, we wanted to provide this space of healing and community. All proceeds from Amplify 2021 will go back into supporting Amplify's continued programming and events. We understand not everyone can purchase a ticket; a scholarship option is available for anyone who can not afford the virtual or in-person fee. The Kauffman Conference Center follows all safety protocols, including regular deep cleaning, social distancing by reducing occupancy, and an indoor mask mandate. The Amplify Committee and team wanted to offer our local educators the opportunity to share space safely. With these measures in place, we’re confident that we will run a safe event.
